You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement.

3. Payments

All transactions are processed securely through third-party payment providers (e.g., Stripe). Bio Cube does not store payment card details.

4. Delivery of Services

Results and reports are delivered digitally. Processing times depend on partner laboratories and may vary.

5. No Medical Advice

Bio Cube does not provide medical or diagnostic advice. All results must be reviewed by a qualified healthcare professional.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are available only if the test has not been activated or submitted to the laboratory.
Once the sample is registered, dispatched, or analysis begins, refunds cannot be issued.

7. Liability

Bio Cube is not responsible for delays, laboratory errors, or circumstances beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

8. Data Protection

All personal and health-related data is processed in accordance with GDPR and our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.

Bio Cube LLP – Refund Policy

Before Activation / Sample Registration

  • A full refund is available if the test has not been activated or registered with the partner laboratory.

After Activation / Sample Collection

  • Once the sample is registered or submitted to the lab, refunds cannot be issued.

Invalid or Insufficient Samples

If the laboratory determines that a sample is invalid or insufficient, Bio Cube may offer a replacement kit, depending on the circumstances.

Refund Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days via the original method of payment.
